We are looking for a proactive and driven individual to partner with us in a unique Portfolio Manager role!

BR Risk Group™ Specialty Insurance is a privately held insurance agency and specialty insurance broker focusing on insurance and risk management solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, professional service providers, and niche markets.

With access to a large network of traditional and specialty insurance markets, we have insurance coverage solutions for even the most challenging risks.

As a Portfolio Manager, you will take the lead in creating and managing your own portfolio of business.  This will include developing and maintaining client relationships by providing tailored insurance coverage solutions for small businesses, professional service providers, and niche markets.

What You Bring

• A P&C license in each of the states in which business is written (we will provide training and licensing support for the right individual)
• A high level of self-motivation and ethical behavior

• Proficiency at Microsoft Office suite, including Teams, Word, and Excel

The ideal person for this role will be entrepreneurial in nature, and have a thorough understanding of various insurance products, including General Liability, Professional Liability, Cyber Liability, and more.   However, we will provide training to the right candidate.

This role will be commission-based with unlimited earning potential, capped only by your individual drive and desire to build your book of business.  You will have the infrastructure and support you need to be successful.  The rest is up to you!
